What the form collects

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, organization, selected interest, and optional message. We use this information to review and respond to your request. Submitting does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database accessible to the site operator. Form contents are not sent to an AI model or published on the website. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and request handling. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary browser connection information when those assets are requested.

Abuse prevention

We use request-size limits, a hidden spam field, duplicate protection, and a daily hash of the connection address to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the raw address with the inquiry.

What to leave out

Please do not submit patient information, confidential study material, credentials, or other sensitive information. A short description of your intended workflow is enough.

Corrections and deletion

To request a correction or deletion, send an inquiry using the same email and include your receipt reference. We may need to verify the request before acting.
